Resident Manager Requirements and Qualifications Include:

Our resident managers are required, but not limited to:

  • Show available units
  • Conduct open houses
  • General cleaning of common areas
  • Attend to resident requests
  • Rent collection
  • Serve notices and renewals
  • Prepare and execute leases

We are seeking managers with the following qualifications:

  • GOOD CREDIT (background check, and drug test are required)
  • Honest and energetic
  • One year of experience in retail sales or leasing
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to multitask
  • Basic Computer skills (Word, e-mail, and Craig's list postings)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good customer service experience and problem solving skills
